The Tobin Bolter Memorial Project and Scholarship Program is a Christ-centered nonprofit organization dedicated to honoring the sacrifices of law enforcement officers wounded in the line of duty and providing unwavering support to their families. Guided by our faith, we seek to embody Christ’s love through acts of service, compassion, and generosity, ensuring that no officer or family walks their journey alone.

Rooted in the belief that true strength comes from God, we extend His grace by offering financial assistance, essential resources, and heartfelt encouragement to those who have given so much to protect others.

Through the Tobin Bolter Scholarship Program, we further our mission by investing in the next generation of Christian leaders. By providing scholarships to students enrolled in Bible Colleges and Christian Universities, we empower them to grow in faith, wisdom, and service, equipping them to spread the light of Christ in their communities and beyond.

We are called to serve, uplift, and restore—honoring the legacy of Tobin Bolter by reflecting the love of Christ in all that we do.

Our mission is twofold:

1️⃣ Supporting Wounded Officers & Their Families – We recognize the immense sacrifices made by law enforcement officers who risk their lives daily to protect our communities. When these heroes are injured in the line of duty, they often face significant challenges, including financial hardships, medical expenses, and emotional burdens. The Tobin Bolter Memorial Project is committed to aiding these officers and their families by providing essential resources, financial assistance, and a network of support to help them navigate their recovery journey.

2️⃣ Scholarships for Christian Higher Education – Through the Tobin Bolter Scholarship Program, we invest in the future of faith-driven leaders by offering scholarships to students enrolled in Bible Colleges and Christian Universities. By supporting their educational pursuits, we equip them to live out their calling, serve their communities, and spread the love of Christ in their careers and ministries.
