**Weekly Tai Chi Qigong Class** (No class June 20 or 27th)
Join us for a rejuvenating Tai Chi Qigong class every week! Our sessions are designed to promote physical well-being, mental clarity, and inner peace through the ancient practices of Tai Chi and Qigong. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, our class offers a welcoming environment to explore these gentle, flowing movements and breathing techniques.
**What to Expect:**
- **Warm-Up Exercises:** Gentle stretching and breathing exercises to prepare your body and mind.
- **Qigong Practice:** Focused on harnessing and cultivating your internal energy (Qi) through slow, meditative movements.
- **Tai Chi Forms:** Learn and practice the graceful, continuous movements of Tai Chi, designed to enhance balance, coordination, and relaxation.
- **Meditative Cool-Down:** Concluding the class with calming exercises to center and ground your energy.
