Our second round of Healthy Living Education classes are here! Register for these FREE classes today! https://portneufhealthtrust.org/healthy-living-education/ This six-class series is to educate community members on chronic conditions and how diet, exercise, and other factors play in a healthy lifestyle. Classes will be offered via in-person and zoom. Participants who attend all classes (in person and/or zoom) will get exclusive access to a January workshop about goal setting and meal planning for the New Year. A light lunch will be provided to those registered for in person.
