Description

This FREE five-class series is to educate community members on daily diet and exercises needed to improve quality of life and to prevent rising chronic health conditions in the community. This series is taught by Portneuf Medical Center's Diabetes and Nutrition Education team. Participants can attend in-person or via zoom. Those who attend in-person will receive a free, light lunch.
