You’re invited to the Idaho Museum of Natural History (IMNH), on the Pocatello campus of Idaho State University (ISU), for the annual Fall Fossil Fest from 12 to 5 p.m. on Oct. 22.

Join the IMNH for a fun, hands-on day of fossils! Explore how dinosaurs roamed Idaho, see the Buzzsaw Shark in action, and get creative with natural materials. Plus, get to see how Idaho State University professors, graduate students, and IMNH staff are on the cutting edge of fossil research and learn about their latest discoveries!

 What will you experience at Fall Fossil Fest? Atlatl throwing with Dr. Andy Speer, dinosaur balancing act, eat prey like a buzzsaw shark with Dr. Leif Tapanila, create your own art with natural sourced material with Dr. Amy Commendador, and so much more!

Can tickets can be purchased online at isu.edu/imnh or day of at the door.  All proceeds will benefit IMNH K-12 educational scholarships.

 Please be prepared for colder weather as the event will be outside and inside.

Pricing

Ticket prices are adult - $15, child (6-17) - $7.50, child (0-5) – Free, Family package (2 adults, 2 children) - $35 and $5/additional child, and ISU students $10.
