Wednesday, March 20, 2024 (4:00 PM - 6:00 PM) (MDT)

Description

Brownfield sites may make you think of dirty, blighted, abandoned industrial property, but that image is too narrow. Developers have transformed brownfields into everything from golf courses and driving ranges to mixed-use developments with housing, offices, shopping, and open space; in short, many uses may be open to a clean site.

Come learn about the city's new Brownfield Redevelopment Program!
